Kalau datang haid tapi waktu nak derma dah hari yang ke 5 haid boleh ke derma?
Hi, boleh derma selepas haid. Kalau admin, selalu 3 hari saja, jadi hari ke-4 dah boleh derma.
I lived in the UK between 1995 to 1997. I am told I am not allowed. Is this correct?

It is said that no body piercing within the 6 months before donating blood, may I know why? Because I just pierced my ear last September and I was planning to go donate this Saturday 🙁
